Dear Friends & Families of Cornerstone Christian School,

What an exciting time to be a part of Cornerstone Christian School's history! Back in 1986, four visionary couples followed God's call to establish a Christian school in San Angelo ~ Cornerstone Christian School. They stepped out in faith, and began a journey of building a school that provides a high-quality Christian education to children of all social, economic, racial, and denominational backgrounds.

Since that time, Cornerstone has continued to be blessed with leaders who have responded to the call to expand the facilities and programs that we are able to offer families of the Concho Valley. Today, we continue that tradition of providing the best possible educational experience in a Christ-centered environment. As we have witnessed an increased demand in our community through consistently increasing enrollment, we have also witnessed our facilities being stretched to their limit. We are running out of room with the existing facility and, in some cases, this means splitting up grade levels into separate classes and, unfortunately, in other cases, this means that classes are closed and we have waiting lists.

Building additional facilities and renovating the existing ones has been in our school's plans for years. The time has come to begin construction on those plans, in hopes of being able to accommodate all of the families who are wanting to enroll their children in Cornerstone. In order to accomplish this facilities expansion, we have embarked upon a very aggressive, yet very attainable, capital campaign. The success of the capital campaign and the facilities expansion will require all of our families and friends to prayerfully consider what each of us can do to help, and how we can all work together on this common goal.

The theme of our capital campaign is appropriately named, "A Time to Build." Based upon the Scripture of Ecclesiastes 3:1, 3, "To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven . . . a time to build." This is Cornerstone's time to build.

The school's leadership is certain that this is the time to take this step of faith, and it is our prayer that you join us in this endeavor. Please be a part of Cornerstone Christian School's history.

In Christ,
